- We make every effort to ensure that products ordered directly from Glam Handbags will be shipped within a 48-hour period in addition to the carrier's estimated shipping time. Online orders usually shipped within 48 hours, unless a product is listed as on backorder. Occasionally a high volume of requests or stock shortage may delay dispatch.
If the item is unavailable it will be indicated by ‘Out of Stock’ on the web page and in the shopping cart. Please note, we cannot guarantee to ship an item the day the order is placed. This service is subject to payment clearance, system failure, delivery location, products being in stock, and any shut-down periods. While all reasonable efforts will be made to provide this service, Glamhandbags.co.uk will not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, consequential damage and damages for loss or interruption of business, in the event that any item ordered via this service does not arrive during the next business day. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Post Office Box numbers.
All UK parcels are sent by My Hermes Courier and delivery can take between 3 – 5 working days, this is in addition to the 48 hour period to process your order. Deliveries to the Highland or the Islands of Scotland could take upto 7 days. All parcels are insured and require a signature upon delivery. Glamhandbags customers can be assured, each parcel that travels with Hermes is fully tracked from the collection through to the final delivery. All international parcels will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcels and will be subject to longer delivery times dependant on destination.

Good are returned to Glamhandbags.co.uk at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

- As our stock is continually changing your item may need to be ordered which will delay delivery by approximately 7 – 10 days. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
